So far, so good.

I am doing alright on this new diet. I only eat veggies and minimal fruit.
Trying to cut out food all together but seeing as i'm new to this, it seems to be so hard. My parents have already started noticing my lack of eating as usually I eat like a horse but this time it's going to be different.
I will be thin for holidays next year.
I will wear a bikini.
I will stay strong. 


  1. eating veggies is great! you should definitely start out just cutting out carbs, and filling up on protein! and don't worry, I'm sure you'll look amazing in that bikini
