Ugh, Chemistry

Had a horrrrible chem test today, I studied for hours but it was solid! At least the rest of the class found it horrid too so I know it's not just me aha. I manage 45minuets on my bike today; pretty pleased with that tbh :) Today I have eaten: 

  • 1 cup of tea (Skimmed milk obvs) = 25calls
  • A small apple = 60calls
  • Bowl of weight watchers noddle soup = 50calls! Really surprised with how little calls were in that.
  • Salad with balsamic vinegar dressing = 50calls.
Total intake = 185 - 
Callories burned = 350 

I am thinking of starting the ABC diet next week, does it work? I've never tried it but it cant be stricter than my diet now tho so I might give it ago. I have pasted a copy of the amount of calls allowed below.

Long day, peaceful night

First day back in school today and tbh i'm knackered! So tired :/ The day dragged.  Today I ate:

  • Bowl of soup = 250cals
  • Two cups of tea (Skimmed milk) = 50cals
  • A mixed leaf sald with a tablespoon of low cal balsamic vinegar = 100cals
  • Diet Coke = 0cals
Total intake = 400calls 
Callories burned = 250.

Today I did 20 minuets on my treadmill and 100 bicycle sit ups. I know I should do more exercise but I plan to increase it gradually when I get fitter haha :P

Feeling sooo low today, only managed 15mins on the treadmill! That's terrible, I only dread to think how little calories that burned :/ After 15mins though I felt faint so I had no choice but to give up. Might try again later if I feel up to it, dont know what happened tbh. I used to be able to go much longer than that. I suppose it could be due to the fact that I've only eaten a bowl of soup today :/ good news is I've finished all my revision for today and tomorrow as the weather today has been shit so no chance of going out! Also I found out yesterday that the new dress I got from Lipsy that my best friend, Laura, has the exact same one in cream, so no chance of going to the engagement wearing that dress next month haha.

All I ate today was two red peppers, 30calls each and a bowl of home made veg soup, about 300 calls. So I've approx eaten 360. Hope I start seeing results soon as I fear I might get discouraged :/ Unable to exercise atm due to being ill and my mother has strictly forbidden it until at least Monday. Really looking forward to seeing Jessie J at the end of next month, hope I've lost at least 5 pounds till then so I will be able to fit into my new dress. Have to go to my cousins birthday tomorrow, there's going to be lots of family members and lots of food, uh-oh. Just gotta stay focused on that dress and avoid questions, although I have the excuse that I have a stomach bug to fall back on if I stick to my diet. Then after that my best friend of ever is leaving to go to Uni on Monday so me and some of our mates are taking her out. So excited, just wish I could shift this bug so I can get back on track with exercising and doing some proper revision. Fab. 


I'm still too scared to look on the scales to see how much weight I've lost/gained. I know I'm approx 8stoneish which is so, fat, fat, fat. Staying in all day today as I've been off sick all week so I have plenty of time to update my blog and read through others. I need to also try to revise but it's sooo hard when my stomach is in knots. I was thinking eat half red pepper before I start to revise to control the hunger pains, only about 30cals per pepper which isnt so bad I guess. Thinking of going into town tomorrow to buy Ali diet pills, never tried them before but they seeem to have alright reviews. At least with those now I may start to see results quickeer. Will power is all it takes...

2 things

There are only two things I want - 1. To be skinny. 2. To get all A's in my exams. Seems like a distant wish atm as all my efforts so to go unnoticed and when there are results they only seem to be minor. Doing good on my diet today tho, I ate three banana's and a bowl of real low cal home made veg soup, approx around 400-500 calories? Not so sure tbh. Feeling really sick today tried to go home early but my drama teacher made me stay 2 hours extra for rehearsals - knackered :/ Good news is tho that my treadmill is coming on Monday so I can burn extra calories and hope to see quicker results. Stay strong x

  • Every time you say "No thank you" you say "Yes please" to being thin.
  • Think higher of yourself, your too good to put that in your body. 
  • Good habits result from resisting temptation.

So far, so good.

I am doing alright on this new diet. I only eat veggies and minimal fruit.
Trying to cut out food all together but seeing as i'm new to this, it seems to be so hard. My parents have already started noticing my lack of eating as usually I eat like a horse but this time it's going to be different.
I will be thin for holidays next year.
I will wear a bikini.
I will stay strong.
